The Bakersfield FFA Alumni supports the Bakersfield High School Agriculture Department and students by providing scholarships, awards, partnering to serve the BHS FFA community, by reducing costs to conferences, CDEs, competitions, and fairs.
How to get involved
About Us
The Bakersfield FFA Alumni is a nonprofit organization supporting the Bakersfield High School Agriculture Department and the Bakersfield FFA Chapter. The Bakersfield High School Agriculture Department and FFA create outstanding learning opportunities for a wide spectrum of students within the community. Young people are challenged to excel in leadership, communication, and the responsibilities associated with project planning and maintenance. It is the goal of the Bakersfield FFA Alumni to support the development of students by providing supplemental funding and support for the activities participated in and equipment used by all Bakersfield High School Agriculture students.

What we do
We meet once a month to keep all members informed of what is happening in the FFA and how we can help. We host fundraisers to support student participation in FFA activities and career development events. Each spring the Bakersfield FFA Alumni gives out scholarships to deserving seniors
